what-is-anxiety

Every person experienced a feeling of anxiety more than once.

Anxiety is not a pleasant feeling.

It brings doubts and worrying, it does not let you settle down and, at the same time, it prevents your future moving on.

What is anxiety?

There can be an anxiety for the future, for other people, for family and friends.

The main causes of anxiety are uncertainty and present or future changes in life.

A need to try something new in life can also lead to having this feeling.

Anxiety is a state of having nervousness, concern, gloomy expectations and fear.

Normally, these feelings serve as a kind of alarm, warning of the danger.

For example, a man, who comes home and sees a robber in his apartment, feels an anxiety.

His pulse quickens, his palms get sweaty, and his brain begins to work faster.

In this case, the anxiety helps to focus and find a way out of a dangerous situation.

In other circumstances, for example, when you need to finish the job before the deadline, an anxiety mobilizes all the resources, thereby increasing the efficiency of an activity.

However, sometimes anxiety causes fear without any apparent reason.

Then it becomes destructive.

What’s it like when a person has no sense of fear?

His life can be filled with real danger!

And sometimes not only his own life, but the lives of his close people.

It may sound as a reproach: «Look what situation we have! Aren`t you worried at all?!»

The person without anxiety is not able to respond to changes in the environment quickly and can have great problems and irreversible consequences.

Therefore, if you suffer from anxiety, do not ignore it!

First of all, you need to know more about it. Once in contact with anxiety, you will be able to make friends with this feeling. This allows you to respond to its signals and warnings, and in some cases, to calm it down.
