If you truly want to overcome shyness, you have to look at things more optimistically.
For example, if you want to introduce yourself to a pretty girl, then go and do it! And don’t think that she may reject you, think that she may fall head over heels in love with you!
Positive attitude will help you to overcome shyness. Even if you fail at any situation, don’t grieve.

In order to stop being shy, you have to realize your significance, and this cannot be achieved without a high self-esteem!
